Furnace Installation in Richmond Hill

Furnace replacement is our most requested service in Richmond Hill. Richmond Hill homes — from older Bayview Hill detached homes to newer Oak Ridges builds — typically need 60,000–100,000 BTU Lennox furnaces sized by Manual J calculation. We carry Lennox Merit ML196E (96% AFUE), Elite EL297V (97% AFUE, variable-speed), and Signature SLP99V (up to 99% AFUE, modulating). All installations include a TSSA permit, standard venting, and removal of your old furnace. See our full Lennox furnace installation page and our furnace replacement cost guide.

For urgent furnace failures in Richmond Hill, call (905) 951-8080 directly — same-day service available during heating season. See our furnace repair service for emergency details.

Heat Pump Installation in Richmond Hill

Richmond Hill homes on Enbridge natural gas are strong candidates for a dual-fuel hybrid system — a Lennox cold-climate heat pump paired with a gas furnace. Lennox SL25XPV and EL22XPV models rated to −20°C provide efficient heating across 70–80% of Richmond Hill’s annual heating hours. Ontario Home Renovation Savings (HRS) rebates may apply — we confirm eligibility at the free in-home assessment. See our Ontario heat pump rebates guide.

No. There is currently no Ontario or federal rebate for gas furnace replacement. The Canada Greener Homes Grant closed in 2024 and Enbridge HER+ closed December 31, 2025.
